I love "Sa-Ra", and if you do too you'll know exactly how i just said that.
This mix is a badboy mix of elctro funkadelic soulful beats with african vibes
I really enjoyed it and definitely want to hear more. Album drops 15th Sept.

This morning while exiting Bond Street station I hear a sound I am not accustomed to.
This was in fact the sound of my pencil skirt ripping straight up my backside!
OH NO
I stood still with my hand inpecting the hole not quite knowing how to do anything-it was way too early for decisions and i don't have breakfast until i reach work so brain was pulp
Ideas slowly started, I NEEDED NEEDLE AND THREAD:
1. Boots in the station - nope go to the big store
2. Big boots - nope go to Debenhams
3. Debenhams - not open
4. House of Fraser - not open till 9.30
5. John Lewis - not open till 10
6. Buy skirt -no shops open
7. Mum phones to say she has needle and thread-but she works no where near me so = POINTLESS INFO
8. Mum-helpful info: SAFETY PINS!!! why didnt I think of that
9. Superdrug - 50 safety pins in assorted sizes
10. Donned the tourist look and tied my cardi around my waist and walked careful into work LATE!

BOPPED ALONG TO THE INSA EXHIBITION AT THE NIKE 1948 POP UP SHOP WITH MARK AND CEE. VERY BETTLEJUICE INSPIRED - I LOVED IT!
"iWANT TO RIDE MY BICYCLE"
YP and I managed to make treasures from other peoples rubbish by acquiring freebie bikes. Not in the ghetto way of stealing but just bikes that were thrown out in peoples gardens or taking up room in sheds! Our bikes are opposite to our personas: YP has a green with pink handles boy racer bike, whereas I have a white Raleigh Caprice Lady bike! Now I used to ride loads up until I was about 15, but since then I haven't rode at all so thought it would be fun to investigate london by bike and get free fun exercise.
Well to be honest I want body to rival Beyonce and I'm too cheap and lazy to join a gym!
ROUTE: Essex to Camden (Obviously by train) then Camden to Hackney. Hackney to The City. City to the Southbank. Southbank to Liverpool street. Train home!
OMG it was so rough on my bum. And the adrenaline from almost dying several times made me giggle and laugh uncontrollably to the fact I couldn't ride.
Highlights: Riding over London Bridge in the sunshine, bagels on brick lane and coming home alive.
Lowlights: Yewande riding into me while answering her iPhone in the pouring rain on Bethnal Green high road

WAS SUCH A GEAT DAY! AND IT WAS MY FIRST FESTIVAL AND IT WAS A SURPRISE!
THE DAY WAS CHARACTISED BY MUSIC, DOMINOES PIZZAS, BOTTLE THROWING WARS, MORE MUSIC, DUST, Q-TIP, BUMPING INTO PEOPLE LIKE IT WAS CARNIVAL, MORE MUSIC, REALISED N-DUBZ ARE ACTUALLY FAMOUS, KAYNE WEST, JUMPING THE FENCE AND DEFYING THE POLICE, THEN DANCING TO THE POLICE MAN SINGING ALONG MICHAEL JACKSON-WHICH JON RECORDED AND YOU CAN WATCH BELOW!!
